As of January 2023, The Save Starlight 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization has submitted a lease request to the City of San Diego. This means it is now up to a city council committee to move forward with this as an action item for the city council to vote on.
Once our organization has a long-term lease, we can move forward with private donations and renovations to restore and then operate the beloved Starlight Bowl.
